Huatai Mould ( Shenyang ) Co., Ltd. was established in 2007. It is mainly engaged in the research, development, design and manufacturing of die-casting molds and related mold accessories, tooling fixtures, and jigs for the automotive and electronics industries, as well as zinc and aluminum alloy automotive precision parts. The company is located in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Liaoning Province, adjacent to Dalian Port and the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway, with convenient transportation. The company has passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification. There are more than 300 employees, including more than 40 core personnel in design and R&D, with more than 10 years of experience in mold design and manufacturing, die casting, and machining, and can provide reliable product technical support and services.
The company has advanced imported mold processing, die casting and machining equipment, including YCM vertical machining centers, Sodick EDM, DMG machining centers, 200T clamping machines, TOYO/YIZUMI (900T, 650T, 500T, 350T, 160T) die casting machines, etc. At the same time, it is equipped with Spectrum direct-reading spectrometers, Mitutoyo projectors, Mitutoyo profilometers, roughness meters, Mitutoyo CMM, ZEISS CMM, X-ray and tensile testing machines and other high-precision testing instruments and equipment, which provide reliable guarantees for product processing accuracy and quality. In addition, our company uses mold flow analysis software, temperature field simulation and other advanced technologies to predict potential failure modes of die-casting products during mold design, and optimize and improve them to improve mold quality and save mold production cycle.
